I was given my first camera at the age of 10, I loved it, carried it around everywhere with me, I can remember taking my first, 'proper', photographs in Padstow, Cornwall. Since then, photography, particularly landscape photography has been my absorbing passion.

My day job as a school teacher has taken me to Vietnam, Germany, Finland, Hong Kong & now Singapore where I teach Art part time at UWC. Travel opportunities in Asia provide me with many opportunities for photography projects & particularly botanical photography.

I make frequent trips home to the UK where I hold exhibitions of my photographs & run workshops. I have a successful online photography course and photography feedback packages.  You can Pick up some travel and photography tips and stories in my blog.

In 2019 I was awarded a, Diploma In Professional Photography, my final portfolio contained my favourite botanical images. Tropical botanical images have become my focus and it was an honour to win the, Guild of Photographers, Image of the Year competition in 2018 & 2019. I'm hopeful for 2020 too!!
